I am currently working with one of the most recognised global FM providers in the world to recruit an interim Technical Account Manager for a Real Estate managing agent. This is a role for somebody wanting to progress their career and develop a team to their next steps also. This is more hands off and allows you to give your technical expertise throughout the teams and work closely with the client and commercial aspects taking control of the P&L responsibility on this contract.
The Company: Leading FM Service provider
Day to day:
- Be responsible for all client facing aspects β have good attention for detail and maintain a strong relationship
- Be responsible for the running of the buildings on site
- To be responsible for teams in reducing costs on delivering a successful service on the contract
- Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutory, policy and contractual commitments are met.
- Helping develop the sales process by participating in presentations, meetings and hosting site visits to build recognition
- Work with the operational management team to ensure collaborative business development
- Be the responsible party for HSE standards on site and be prepared to make audits where required
- To lead a strong team of supervisors, giving the team throughout technical guidance where needed
- To have budget responsibility including being in charge of the P&L
The Candidate:
- To have had previous experience of being a Contract / Account Manager
- To have delivered a large scale of FM services previously
- To be technically qualified in mechanical or electrical studies
- Previous experience of running a P&L of 1.5mil or above
- To have continuous progression throughout their career
- To have critical experience
- Excellent motivational skills with ambition
- Excellent enthusiasm
- Previous experience with an FM service provider
- To have good experience in management
