This pivotal role will help ensure that facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe and efficient working environment for all employees. The Role As the Scheduler, your role will involve:  Schedule preventative maintenance tasks for engineers. Coordinate work orders with engineers and manage all responsive repairs. Respond to emergencies raised by clients and oversee engineer attendance. Utilise the Maximo CAFM System to manage completion of tasks. Support Maintenance Managers to achieve contract deliverables. You    To be successful in the role of Scheduler, you\’ll have the following skills and experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Services or Administration. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. What\’s in it for you?
