This is a 100% office-based role within a fast-paced operational environment.
The Role As The PPM Team Leader, You’ll
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of five administrators.
- Manage workloads, priorities, performance and service levels.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and coaching.
- Oversee day-to-day PPM administration and associated processes.
- Coordinate procurement and wider administrative activities.
- Monitor operational targets and support month-end reporting.
- Produce and analyse performance data using Excel.
- Build strong relationships with customers, supply partners and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team performance.
You To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Previous Team Leader, supervisory or people management experience.
- Strong administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach to performance and continuous improvement.
- PPM, Maximo or Facilities Management experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
