This Resident Liaison Officer role offers you the chance to join a well-established retrofit business on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential for a permanent position. Based in and around Leeds, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents are supported and informed throughout retrofit improvement works.\\n \\n About the Role\\n \\n As the Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll:\\n \\nAct as the main point of contact for tenants during retrofit works \\nConduct resident consultations, both face-to-face and by phone \\nIssue access notices, schedule appointments, and manage updates \\nMaintain accurate records and support site coordination \\nAddress questions or concerns quickly and professionally \\nWhat You’ll Bring\\n \\n To be successful in the role of Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll bring:\\n \\nExperience in a similar role such as RLO, TLO, CLO, Housing Officer, or Customer Liaison Coordinator \\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills \\nConfidence managing multiple cases with a proactive, empathetic approach \\nA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) \\nLocal knowledge of the Leeds area and willingness to travel to sites The Offer\\n \\n This is a fantastic short-term opportunity that could lead to something long-term.
