Boden Group is supporting a national facilities management provider in the appointment of a Regional Manager to lead a high-performing mobile and static technical services team across a key portfolio in the Midlands, Ipswich, and North Wales. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced FM professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record managing mobile engineering teams and multi-client service delivery.

  • Take full P&L responsibility across a regional portfolio valued at £5M–£6M
  • Lead a team of senior account managers and a wider service team
  • Oversee the delivery of hard FM services to a diverse client base, including public sector and commercial contracts
