Regional Manager - Hard FM (Defence Sector) Home based - Cambridgeshire region We are currently hiring for a Regional Manager to lead operations across a large, complex portfolio of sites within the UK Defence estate, on behalf of a confidential FM provider. This role covers planned maintenance, reactive works and additional services delivery across the region, working with customers, operational teams and supply chain partners to ensure service excellence, safety and compliance. The role: Lead operational delivery across a multi-site Defence FM contract, covering hard services, construction, engineering and property maintenance disciplines Own operational performance, financial management and commercial outcomes for the region Manage budgets and contract performance against demanding KPIs Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders and supply chain partners Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and health and safety requirements Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for growth within the contract About you: Strong background in hard services FM, construction, engineering or property maintenance Experience managing complex, multi-site operations and leading large teams Track record of managing budgets and delivering against KPIs Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Desirable (not essential): HND or equivalent in Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Management-level health and safety qualification (SMSTS or NEBOSH) Experience within Defence, MOD or other highly regulated environments Knowledge of CDM Regulations CAFM system experience (e.g. Maximo) Location: Home based, candidates must be based in Cambridgeshire to cover the region.
