Boden Group is hiring a Divisional Facilities Manager to oversee FM service delivery across a multi-site portfolio (working in-house/client-side)

What you will be doing…

You\’ll ensure compliance, cost control, and high-quality environments , managing FM contracts, suppliers, and major works .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee FM operations and supplier performance
• Ensure statutory compliance & health & safety
• Manage reactive and planned works
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and maintenance support
• Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives

What We’re Looking For…

• Proven FM experience in a multi-site setting
• Strong knowledge of building & healthcare regulations
• Expertise in budget and project management
• Excellent stakeholder & contractor management skills
