The Role
- Manage cost planning, procurement advice, tendering, and contract administration.
- Produce accurate cost reports, feasibility studies, and lifecycle costing.
- Prepare bills of quantities, schedules of work, and tender documents.
- Support pre- and post-contract duties, including valuations and final accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, attending meetings and site visits.
