Support Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Excellence Across a National Facilities Portfolio.

Are you a Health & Safety professional looking to develop your career within Facilities Management? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking two QSHE Advisors to support Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental compliance across a national portfolio of contracts. With opportunities covering both the North and South, this mobile role will see you working closely with operational teams to improve compliance, reduce risk and promote a positive safety culture.

The Role

  • Support the QSHE Manager in delivering QSHE compliance across multiple contracts.
  • Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
  • Advise contract teams on Health & Safety, quality and environmental best practice.
  • Support accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Deliver Health & Safety training and toolbox talks.
  • Assist with the development of method statements, safety plans and compliance documentation.
  • Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Prepare reports and work with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential).
  • Experience within Facilities Management, M&E or a multi-site environment.
  • Knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Desirable

  • ISO Auditor qualification.
  • IOSH membership or another recognised Health & Safety professional body.
