The Role
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.
- Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality property management advice and services.
- Prepare reports and documentation in line with RICS standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across the wider commercial property business.
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and grow client relationships.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent levels of client service.
You To be successful in the role of Property Management Surveyor, you ll bring:
- RICS qualification with a demonstrable property management track record.
- Experience managing commercial real estate portfolios.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Depending on experience, opportunities are available at:
- Surveyor: Up to £45,000.
- Senior Surveyor: Up to £55,000.

- Performance bonus: 5%.
