A leading organisation within the Commercial Real Estate sector is looking to appoint Property Management Surveyors at Surveyor, Senior Surveyor and Associate level in Central London. With a substantial commercial property team and clear opportunities for progression, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a highly regarded property management function.

The Role

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality property management advice and services.
  • Prepare reports and documentation in line with RICS standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the wider commercial property business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and grow client relationships.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent levels of client service.

You To be successful in the role of Property Management Surveyor, you ll bring:

  • RICS qualification with a demonstrable property management track record.
  • Experience managing commercial real estate portfolios.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Depending on experience, opportunities are available at:

  • Surveyor: Up to £45,000.
  • Senior Surveyor: Up to £55,000.
  • Associate: Up to £60,000.
  • Car allowance: Up to £4,500.
  • Performance bonus: 5%.
  • Clear progression within a large and established commercial property team.
