Based out of Surrey, you will be the driving force behind statutory risk mitigation, ensuring every quote, remedial work, and project is delivered with precision and transparency.
The Role
- Manage the Lifecycle: Lead the delivery of Service Orders and projects from initial scope and estimation to CDM coordination and final handover.
- Fire Safety Specialist: Act as the technical lead for fire-related remedial works arising from Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), passive surveys, and statutory inspections.
- Commercial Oversight: Interface with the supply chain and commercial teams to challenge subcontractor quotes, ensuring value for money and alignment with the public sector price book.

- Personality: A high-energy, over-communicator who isn’t just a number cruncher, but someone who can suggest ideas to improve a currently immature set-up.
- Qualifications: A degree or qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management (APM/PRINCE2) along with IOSH/NEBOSH or specific Fire Safety certifications.
- Background: Proven experience in managing minor projects and reactive works within an outsourced FM or Local Authority environment.

- Opportunity: A five-year pipeline of work with significant bidding opportunities for future projects.
