Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in office fit out, commercial refurbishment or workplace projects?

We're recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading facilities management and building services provider, delivering high-quality office fit out projects across Hampshire and the South East.

The Role

  • As The Senior Project Manager, You Will
  • Lead the delivery of commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance to maximise profitability.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate technical, commercial and Health & Safety risks.
  • Develop project financial plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and positive cash flow.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support the successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting client meetings, presentations and project solutions where required.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit out or workplace refurbishment projects.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • A good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point.
