The Role
- Manage project delivery across seven sites within the Plymouth area.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and on-site teams.
- Manage project programmes, milestones and documentation.
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Monitor progress, identifying and resolving delivery risks.
- Ensure works meet relevant health, safety, compliance and contractual requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities across the portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with operational teams, contractors and key stakeholders.

- Proven Project Management experience, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong contractor and supplier management skills.
- Experience delivering projects to agreed programmes, budgets and site standards.

- Strong organisation with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Facilities Management, estates or defence-sector experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to travel regularly between sites across the Plymouth area.
