We’re looking for a Performance Coach to join us, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact. Where you’ll be driving both individual and team success. You ll work closely with consultants and sales managers, designing tailored training programs, providing real-time coaching, and enhancing recruitment processes

What You’ll Do:

One-on-One Coaching: Provide personalised guidance to help team members reach their full potential.
Streamline Processes: Map and optimise recruitment workflows for maximum efficiency.
Design Dynamic Training: Create and deliver bespoke programs for consultants at all levels.
Real-Time Feedback: Shadow calls and meetings, offering actionable advice to boost success rates.
Upskill for Growth: Tailor development plans to align with goals and elevate performance.
Drive Financial Success: Implement coaching strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
Collaborate with Managers: Partner with sales leaders to upskill their teams and set actionable objectives.
