The Role
- Upload, maintain, and manage health & safety and compliance documentation within internal databases and systems.
- Ensure compliance records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Handle compliance-related queries from internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monitor outstanding compliance actions and proactively chase missing documentation.
- Support the preparation of audit documentation, reports, and compliance packs.
- Assist with compliance checks, trackers, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is easily accessible.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and gather required information.
- Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.
About You
- Previous experience in compliance administration, facilities management, health & safety administration, or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing documents, databases, and administrative processes.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to chasing information and resolving issues.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
