I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Carpenter based in the Oxford area. This position is offered temporarily for 6 months. The hourly rate will be £22-26 per hour dependant on experience, through an Umbrella/CIS Company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of doors & fire doors
- To undertake emergency, planned repairs and maintenance, responding effectively and keeping records of all such work.
- Ensure all such faults are reported to the correct line management in a timely manner.
- Conduct building/carpentry maintenance across a large estate.
Experience:
- NVQ or City & Guilds in Carpentry
- Ideally, a fire door qualification
- 5 plus years of experience in carpentry
