We are looking for a Minor Works Supervisor to join an established FM company on a temporary basis. This role is site based in Norwich, working Monday to Friday. You will need to have a hands-on background with experience supervising painting, decorating, and minor works.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8-5pm (flexible start time if needed)
Contract type: Temporary
Rate: £25-£28 per hour
Location: Norwich
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising minor works including painting & decorating, snagging, and small fit-outs
- Managing a team of 4 technicians and coordinating subcontractors as required
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

- Background in painting and decorating or similar finishing trades
