Boden Group are supporting a leading FM provider in the search for a Head of QHSE to lead safety, quality and environmental performance across a major UK banking contract.
You will oversee QHSE delivery across:
- 12 flagship head office buildings
- 350+ retail branches nationwide
- Hard and soft FM services across a complex estate
Key focus areas:
- Strategic QHSE leadership across the contract
- Incident investigation and RIDDOR oversight
- ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 aligned IMS management
- Audit governance and compliance delivery
- Stakeholder engagement across client, supply chain and operations
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6)
- IOSH membership
- Strong FM or built environment QHSE leadership experience
UK travel required with 1 day per week in Milton Keynes HQ.
