The Role
As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Producing detailed and competitive cost estimates across labour, materials, plant, and overheads
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Obtaining and validating supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Collaborating with operational and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing
- Supporting tender reviews, negotiations, and project handovers

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven estimating experience within Facilities Management or the built environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Good understanding of FM services, construction methods, and associated costs
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
