A leading company in the FM industry is looking for a Multiskilled Shift Technician in Greater London. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance tasks that ensure the comfort and safety of occupants in a commercial office building.
The Role
- Carry out scheduled electrical and mechanical PPMs in line with site maintenance schedules.
- Maintain and inspect building services including electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and basic plumbing.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs to minimise downtime.
- Accurately complete maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation via CAFM systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to ensure safe operations.
To be successful in the Multiskilled Shift Technician role, you’ll have the following skills and experience:
