The Role
- Supervise and support a team of mobile maintenance engineers across multiple school sites.
- Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, compliantly, and within agreed service levels.
- Carry out hands-on mechanical maintenance when required.
- Monitor engineer performance, productivity, and quality of work.
You
- A recognised qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Combustion/Gas.
- Previous experience within a supervisory or lead engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of building services maintenance and FM environments.
- Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial or public sector sites.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
