A Facilities Management industry is searching for an Electrical Engineer in Manchester, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of electrical systems.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works in line with contractual SLAs.
- Maintain, fault-find, and repair electrical systems including LV distribution boards, lighting and emergency systems, and UPS systems.
- Provide electrical maintenance support to building services plant, including Air Handling Units and Fan Coil Units.
- Carry out basic mechanical tasks such as filter changes and belt checks where required.
To be successful in the role of Electrical Engineer, you’ll bring:
- Relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a facilities management environment.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, including LV distribution and emergency lighting.
