Boden Group is seeking an Asset Manager to support a PFI Education Portfolio in the UK. You will be the go-to for delivery of contract obligations, site audits, and liaison with the Authority and FM Co.
The role requires strong project management, contract governance, and a clear understanding of PPP/PFI principles. The successful candidate will monitor service delivery, manage lifecycle plans, review maintenance programs, and coordinate meetings with Schools and the Authority.
