Management Accountant 12- 15 Month FTC Up to £50k Berkshire or Surrey Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our team in the UK supporting our entertainment destinations contract based in Surrey or Berkshire. This is an operational finance role which will work with the finance team to support the contract and site leadership and management teams to drive and improve holistic business performance in a growth oriented, service focused business environment. The Management Accountant will work closely with the operational teams to ensure the financial close process and ultimately the management information created is both robust and ultimately used to support decision making to improve performance. Support the Finance Business Partner with the financial agenda and the operational teams in producing and understanding quality financial information Support as required with preparation of financial and commercial information including processing sales and purchase invoices, the recording & reconciliation of revenue and posting of general journals. Maintain schedules for the location pertaining to per cap, commissions and other contractual obligations. Prepare Reports for site based periodic financial reviews feeding into Resort F&B Director, Finance Director and overall Leadership Support business and client discussions through preparation of financial and commercial options as required. Actively report, manage and advise on the commercial opportunities & risks Prepare key balance sheet reconciliations for the contract Work with and on behalf of the FBP to understand and develop the forecast assumptions Lead as required the invoicing process for the location to ensure accuracy Personal Attributes Experience in an accounting/ finance position Have strong experience using a variety of financial systems & Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
