Position: Maintenance Fabric Engineer Location: Birmingham Salary: £30,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Benefits: * 27 days holiday + bank holidays * Company vehicle and fuel card * £1,500 annual standby allowance for call-out (1 in 9 call-out) Key Responsibilities * General fabric duties including: * Painting and decorating * Fire door maintenance * Carpentry and building services * Minor mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks * Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance requirements on-site. * Mobile role requiring travel to various locations.
