The Role

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Estimator, you\’ll have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in estimating or financial modelling within the Fire & Security or facilities management sectors.
Strong understanding of maintenance services and compliance standards.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
