An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Caretaker based in Birmingham area. This position is full time hours, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month possibility of going permanent.

The hourly rate will be roughly 17-18 per hour through an Umbrella Company

  • Assisting tradespeople carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Flushing of water systems
  • Plant Room Checks
