Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking to step into a leadership role?

A leading Facilities Management company is seeking a Site Maintenance Supervisor to join a prestigious site in Central London on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

Working closely with the Technical Project Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining technical standards, improving service delivery and ensuring compliance across critical building services.

The Role As the Site Maintenance Supervisor, you'll

Support the Technical Project Manager with the technical performance of the contract and maintenance of service standards.

Provide technical expertise across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Ventilation systems.

Lead the resolution of technical issues, coordinating specialist disciplines where required.

Work closely with operational teams to improve service delivery and contract performance.

Ensure maintenance activities are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with contractual requirements.

Support the implementation of best practice across health & safety and building services.

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.

Produce technical reports and maintain accurate maintenance documentation.

You To be successful in the role of Site Maintenance Supervisor, you'll bring:

Previous experience in a technical management or supervisory role within Facilities Management or Building Services.

Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and/or Ventilation systems.

Good understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations and health & safety compliance.

Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills with experience using Microsoft Office and producing technical reports.

The ability to prioritise workloads and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
