Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Bid Manager to join their Enterprise Deal Team, supporting major real estate outsourcing pursuits across the UK and EMEA. This is a highly commercial, client-facing role focused on leading complex financial modelling, pricing strategies, operating budgets, labour modelling, and outsourcing solutions for large-scale bids and renewals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading pricing and commercial modelling for multi-million-pound pursuits
- Supporting RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations
- Partnering with sales, finance, and operational stakeholders
- Presenting commercial value to clients during pitches and negotiations
- Managing cross-functional bid contributions and financial reporting
Requirements:
