An experienced Maintenance Supervisor is required to oversee engineers and specialist contractors across a portfolio of commercial properties in London. This is a hands-on role combining technical maintenance with day-to-day supervision and contractor management. The portfolio is expanding, with more than 20 buildings being onboarded over the next 12 months, creating an opportunity to support a growing maintenance operation. The Role As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll: Supervise and provide technical support to maintenance engineers and specialist contractors. Complete planned maintenance, servicing, fault-finding and reactive repairs. Diagnose technical faults with a strong focus on effective first-time fixes. Manage contractors, site inspections and maintenance-related works. Support preventative maintenance and compliance across the property portfolio. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. About You To be successful as the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll have: Proven commercial maintenance and engineering experience. Strong technical, diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities. Previous experience supervising maintenance engineers or specialist contractors. The confidence to remain hands-on while supporting the wider engineering team. Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills. A proactive approach to health and safety, compliance and preventative maintenance. The ability to work confidently and independently.
