We are looking for a Contract Coordinator to join the team of an established organisation in the Trinity Buoy Wharf area, on a temporary basis. This role will be working Monday to Friday, to ensure all maintenance work is completed within agreed SLA's.
As a Contract Coordinator you will:
- Schedule out both ppm and reactive work orders to engineers
- Allocate jobs as needed and updating accurately on the database
- Manage engineers diaries and prioritise work loads
- Carry out general administrative work as required
To be successful as a Contract Coordinator you will need:
- Previous experience in scheduling
- Previous experience in an FM background would be ideal
- Experience in a similar role such as repairs planner, FM coordinator, FM Scheduler, Works coordinator, Works planner, repairs admin, Helpdesk coordinator etc
