The Role
- Manage a mixed commercial portfolio, ensuring assets are well-presented and compliant.
- Act as the main contact for tenants and landlords, handling lease matters, applications, and day‐to‐day queries.
- Support leasing activity and collaborate closely with Asset Management, Finance, and Facilities teams.
- Lead service charge budgeting, supplier reviews, reconciliations, and cost‐efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee compliance, insurance, H&S, and ESG.
