Are you eager to optimise operations and drive efficiency in a dynamic environment? A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a CAFM Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring that the Computer-Aided Facilities Management system contributes to strategic business goals and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the CAFM system.
- Act as the main link between operational teams and the CAFM team, ensuring the system supports business objectives.
- Audit and validate operational processes to ensure correct and consistent use of CAFM.
- Own CAFM governance, working with IT and other CAFM managers to prioritise improvements and system enhancements.
- Agree and document workflows with regional and business leaders, ensuring they are tested and fully embedded in CAFM.
- Support the mobilisation of new contracts, including CAFM setup and implementation.
- Review new CAFM functionality and software updates, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and prepare large data sets (PPM schedules, asset data) for upload into the CAFM system.
