A leading player in the building services industry is currently looking for a Mobile AC Engineer to join their growing team, covering sites including universities, retail centres and corporate office environments across London.
The Role
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, reactive fault finding and installations on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Full commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment, chillers, AHUs and associated plant.
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently across commercial sites.
- Completing all relevant paperwork, engineer worksheets and certification accurately.
- Liaising with Contract Managers and support teams regarding materials, consumables and site updates.
- Following Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and lone working processes at all times.
- Participating in a regular on-call rota to attend emergency call outs outside normal working hours.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a field-based AC Service / Fault Finding role.
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
- FGAS Certification (City & Guilds).
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within the HVAC industry.
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points and no pending cases.
