In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, ensuring quality service and high satisfaction for residents across Leeds.
The Role
- Execute Repairs: Carry out various electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing environment.
- Multi-Skilling: Complete tasks in other minor trade disciplines where you are competent to ensure a "first-time fix."
- Efficiency: Attend maintenance appointments punctually, aiming to complete works on the first visit to minimize disruption.
- Diagnostics: Diagnose remedial needs, schedule follow-up appointments when necessary, and organize required materials.
- Site Standards: Ensure a clean working environment by removing waste and debris daily upon completion of works.
Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute lunch)
Location: Mobile – Leeds coverage only
Rota: No out-of-hours or call-out rota required

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified professional who takes pride in their workmanship. You will bring:
- Qualifications: A valid JIB Gold Card and 2391 Inspection and Testing certification (Essential).
