The Boden Group is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead the PPP team delivering student accommodation in Hertfordshire. You will own day-to-day service delivery across the estate, manage outsourced FM providers, asset performance, maintenance programmes, and stakeholder relationships.
You will report to the CEO, support lifecycle planning, ensure compliance, and monitor PPP/PFI obligations while coordinating budgets, governance, and ESG initiatives. Hybrid role, up to 2 days WFH.
