The Role

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems on–site.

• Respond to service calls and perform necessary repairs for HVAC equipment as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of energy–saving measures and strategies.
• Participate in an on–call rota for urgent service requests when necessary.

You

• Proven experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem–solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the FM sector.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to improving system efficiencies.

This position offers an attractive salary range and on–call incentives including:

• Incidental pay of GBP150 per week for on–call rota.
