A leading Facilities Management and infrastructure provider is seeking a Project Manager in Cambridgeshire to oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The Role As the Project Manager, you’ll

Manage building, engineering and infrastructure works from initial scope through to completion.

Develop project plans, budgets and programmes, monitoring performance throughout delivery.

Manage supply chain partners and ensure suitably qualified teams are deployed.

Review RAMS and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

Manage project risks, costs and commercial performance.

Work closely with clients, site teams and key stakeholders to agree scope, priorities and timescales.

Maintain accurate project documentation through CAFM and digital management systems.

Resolve operational issues and support high levels of customer satisfaction.

Support sustainability objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

You To be successful, you’ll bring

Proven experience managing construction, engineering or facilities projects.

Experience supervising teams, contractors and supply chain partners.

HNC/HND in Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.

Strong knowledge of project cost control, budgeting and risk management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Share Point and CAFM systems.

A full UK driving licence.

The ability to obtain the required security clearance.

Membership of APM, RICS or CIOB, alongside additional technical or Authorised Person qualifications, would be advantageous.
