Boden Group are supporting a leading FM provider in the search for a Head of QHSE to lead safety, quality and environmental performance across a major UK banking contract.

You will oversee QHSE delivery across:

  • 12 flagship head office buildings
  • 350+ retail branches nationwide
  • Hard and soft FM services across a complex estate

Key focus areas:

  • Strategic QHSE leadership across the contract
  • Incident investigation and RIDDOR oversight
  • ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 aligned IMS management
  • Audit governance and compliance delivery
  • Stakeholder engagement across client, supply chain and operations

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6)
  • IOSH membership
  • Strong FM or built environment QHSE leadership experience

UK travel required with 1 day per week in Milton Keynes HQ.
