Site Operations Director

South West London - Major London workplace campus

Circa £80,000 + Benefits

Boden Group are supporting a confidential client with the appointment of a Site Operations Director for a major new workplace campus in South West London.

This is a high-profile, site-based leadership role, responsible for mobilising, stabilising and leading the day-to-day operation of a complex, multi-building corporate office environment. The site will support around 3,000 people and will require a senior FM leader who can bring structure, pace, visibility and confidence from day one.

The role will take ownership of integrated facilities management across hard services, soft services, workplace experience, compliance, commercial performance, service partners, managing agent interfaces and senior stakeholder relationships.

This is not a business-as-usual FM role. It is a chance to lead a flagship new site through mobilisation and into long-term operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the mobilisation and stabilisation of a major new workplace campus.

- Take full operational ownership across multiple buildings and user groups.

- Act as the senior site escalation point for service delivery, stakeholders, tenants and managing agents.

- Lead IFM delivery across hard services, soft services, workplace experience, security, cleaning, catering, reception, logistics and technical services.

- Manage site budgets, P&L, reporting, service charge coordination, cross-charging and savings opportunities.

- Ensure strong compliance across technical, statutory, SHE, risk and supplier management.

- Build and lead a visible, accountable and service-led site team.

- Drive service consistency, customer experience and continuous improvement.

The person

- We are looking for a senior FM leader with experience across corporate occupier, managing agent, client-side, IFM or large campus environments.

- You will need to be commercially strong, operationally credible and confident managing senior stakeholders in a complex workplace setting.

- Experience in mobilisation, transformation, multi-tenanted offices or flagship corporate sites would be highly advantageous.
