Head Of Estates

We are actively seeking an experienced Head of Estates to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last for at least 6 months followed by a likely extension or permanent contract.

Position: Estates Operations Manager

Location: Gloucestershire

Pay rate: £30 to £36 per hour on an Umbrella/CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage in-house engineering team
2. Supervise Electrical, Mechanical and Building Engineers
3. Responsible for maintenance strategy
4. Oversee building compliance documentation
5. Liaise with senior management regarding budgets, timescales and department strategy
6. Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards
7. Work with capital department to ensure work is handed over
