A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, response works and high-volume small projects across a Defence estate in Warwickshire. This is an on-site role covering three locations, combining contractor management, technical compliance and project delivery with responsibility for ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly and on time. The Role As The Operations Manager, You'll Manage low-value, high-volume projects including refurbishments, kitchens and bathroom works. Oversee contractors delivering planned maintenance, response works and billable projects. Monitor project progress, quality, safety and supply chain performance. Maintain accurate work, inspection and asset records within the CAFM system. Review RAMS, site risk registers and compliance with JSP 375 requirements. Act as Responsible Person for Asbestos and Legionella management requirements.
