Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a Monday-to-Friday role in South East London? We’re recruiting an Electrician to join an established Facilities Management team on a static site in Greenwich. This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, offering regular daytime hours, weekly pay and a varied mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm checks.
- Undertake FCU, AHU and sprinkler checks as required.
- Respond to reactive maintenance and electrical faults.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and electrical repairs.
- Ensure work is completed safely and in line with site requirements.
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation – essential.
- 18th Edition – essential.
- Previous electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience within Facilities Management, building maintenance or commercial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
