Are you a finance leader ready for a high-impact global role? A major global FM services provider is looking for a Global Finance Lead to support a world-renowned media and communications client. This strategic position will lead financial governance and performance across operations in EMEA, APAC and North America. Based ideally in London, the role offers significant global influence and a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
The Role
- Lead the development of a global FM finance framework and reporting strategy
- Oversee forecasting, cost control, and P&L management for FM operations
- Support the financial transition of FM spend into real estate structures
- Advise regional FM and client finance teams on cost transparency and risk
- Deliver detailed financial analysis, dashboards, and insights
To succeed as the Global Finance Lead, you’ll bring:
- 10+ years’ senior finance experience in FM, real estate, or complex service contracts
- Deep understanding of FM cost models, supplier contracts, and OPEX transitions
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across global time zones
- A relevant degree and financial qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong command of financial systems and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
