Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operational and commercial management of the Small Works division.
Drive profitability, revenue growth and commercial performance.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.
Oversee forecasting, CVRs, cash flow, cost control and financial reporting.
Manage NEC/JCT contracts, commercial risk and project governance.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and improving operational performance.
