Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Coordinate meeting room and hot desk bookings
- Support meetings, events and workplace activities
- Manage the reception inbox and switchboard
- Book taxis and support day-to-day Facilities administration
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and service providers
About You
- Previous experience in Reception, Front of House, Customer Service or Facilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
