An experienced Finance Manager is required to take the financial lead for a newly mobilised healthcare services contract generating more than £17m in annual revenue. You'll partner with operational leaders and client stakeholders, providing the financial insight and commercial challenge needed to strengthen contract performance. Pasted markdown This role offers broad responsibility across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial controls, billing, cost management and contract variations. The Role As the Finance Manager, you'll: Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting alongside senior operational managers. Deliver accurate monthly accounts, weekly reporting and detailed variance analysis. Identify financial risks and opportunities and support actions to improve performance. Maintain robust controls across income, costs, stock, billing and debt collection. Analyse labour, subcontractor and rechargeable costs to support commercial decisions. Provide financial insight and challenge to operational and senior stakeholders. Identify, calculate, document and support negotiations for contract variations. Improve finance processes and strengthen commercial awareness across the contract. About You To be successful as the Finance Manager, you'll have: Strong technical finance capability within a complex operational environment. Experience supporting complex service contracts, ideally within outsourced or healthcare services. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract mechanisms and margin improvement. Proven reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, modelling and costing experience. Confidence challenging and influencing senior operational and non-finance stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualification, or progress towards one, would be advantageous. Healthcare contract, Agenda for Change, EProphit or SAP knowledge would be advantageous. What's in it for You? £50,000–£60,000 annual salary. Permanent position in Greater London.
