An exceptional opportunity for a Workplace Manager to join a prestigious international investment management firm and oversee a Grade A London office space.

Your role will be to oversee and coordinate all workplace, facilities, access management, and health & safety activities, ensuring compliance with statutory inspections, British Standards, and ACOP. This role involves leading projects from MEP infrastructure feasibility studies to internal moves and changes, utilising data-driven decision-making and implementing KPIs for continuous improvement.

You will manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure top-tier service delivery while staying ahead of industry developments and emerging technologies. As a subject matter expert in hard services, you will champion sustainable practices, ensuring environmental compliance and fostering a culture of sustainability within the organization.
