- Leading Total Facilities Management (TFM) services, ensuring full contractual compliance, financial success, and high-level client engagement.

- Lead and motivate teams to deliver top-tier FM services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance through proactive contractor management.

- Oversee labour strategy, HSE compliance, and business continuity planning.
- Support new business proposals and retention strategies.
