Boden Group is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to take ownership of a major contract, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding service. Reporting to the Key Account Director, you’ll shape strategy, optimise performance, and build strong client relationships—all within a progressive and growth-focused business.

The Role

  • Leading Total Facilities Management (TFM) services, ensuring full contractual compliance, financial success, and high-level client engagement.
  • Your expertise will drive innovation, efficiency, and workplace excellence, creating environments that promote collaboration and productivity.

  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver top-tier FM services in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance through proactive contractor management.
  • Strengthen client relationships and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive contract performance, financial reporting, and operational improvement.
  • Oversee labour strategy, HSE compliance, and business continuity planning.
  • Support new business proposals and retention strategies.
  • Deliver structured governance, reporting, and communication (monthly, quarterly, annually).

What you'll bring...

  • Essential: 3+ years’ experience managing TFM contracts, including technical services.
  • Strategic mindset with a problem-solving approach and commercial acumen.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Experience driving change management and operational improvement.
  • Knowledge of sustainable FM innovations in corporate environments.
  • IOSH qualification & Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable: IWFM qualification or equivalent (or working towards).
