Boden Group are supporting a global organisation in the appointment of a Facilities Manager to lead operations at a high-profile London headquarters site. This is a flagship, client-facing environment where service delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence are critical to success.
This is not a standard FM role. The position sits within a dedicated, client-funded account and acts as the central point of integration across all workplace services, operating to a bespoke governance and performance framework.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day delivery of all hard and soft FM services across a large corporate HQ
- Manage a complex, multi-vendor supply chain, driving performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Oversee an on-site F&B operation and support continuous service innovation
- Act as the main escalation point for senior stakeholders, including C-suite level
- Deliver high-profile corporate events and business-critical activities
- Ensure full compliance across H&S, statutory and landlord obligations
- Produce detailed reporting including QBRs, performance metrics and sustainability data
- Line manage onsite team members and maintain a high-performing culture
- Strong background in Facilities or Workplace Management within a corporate environment
- Proven experience managing outsourced suppliers and integrated service delivery
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a high-visibility setting
- IOSH qualified (or higher) with a solid understanding of compliance and governance
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, contracts and performance metrics
- Proactive, resilient and able to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
